＋Does my file get uploaded to your servers?
No. Parsing, validation and repair all happen locally in your browser. Your price data never leaves your device for the scan and preview.
＋Will this guarantee my import succeeds?
No tool can guarantee that. ImportFix fixes common formatting problems and flags the rest. Always test with a small import in Housecall Pro first.
＋What file types are supported?
CSV and XLSX up to 25 MB. The corrected file is always exported as a clean UTF-8 CSV.
＋What does it repair automatically?
Deterministic, non-destructive fixes only: trimming whitespace, normalizing numbers/booleans/units, removing empty rows and control characters, and escaping dangerous formula characters. It never invents prices or categories.
＋Are you affiliated with Housecall Pro?

＋My file will not process — what should I check?
Make sure it is a .csv or .xlsx under 25 MB with a header row. If you see “unsupported file type”, export as CSV or Excel. If you see “too large” or “too complex”, split it into smaller files. If a column is not recognized, use the mapping table to point it at the right field.
＋The payment button is not working.
If it says “development mode”, payments are not configured on that deployment. If it says “temporarily unavailable”, payments are not set up yet — your scan and preview still work. If a payment was cancelled or could not be verified, no charge was made; try again, and contact support if you were charged.
