About ImportFix for Housecall Pro
An independent, browser-based QA tool for Housecall Pro price-book CSV and Excel files.
What ImportFix is
ImportFix helps Housecall Pro operators, consultants and implementation teams inspect a price-book file before re-import. You can validate one CSV/XLSX file or compare an untouched original export with an edited version to see exactly what changed.
Why the before-and-after check matters
A final file can be structurally valid while still containing an unintended business change. ImportFix separates file validation from change review so removed rows, dropped columns, changed identifiers, blank or zero prices, and category changes are easier to spot before handoff.
Private by design
The price-book rows used for scanning, comparison and repair preview are processed in your browser rather than sent to an ImportFix analysis server. The website still makes normal web requests for pages, analytics when enabled, and checkout, so ImportFix does not claim to be an offline application.
What ImportFix does not claim
ImportFix does not invent missing business values such as a category, industry, identifier or price, and it does not guarantee that Housecall Pro will accept every file. ImportFix is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Housecall Pro.
Pricing
The scan, before/after Change Audit and findings preview are free. Payment is required only if you choose to unlock a corrected-file download: $29 for the standard tier or $49 for the large-file tier. There is no subscription.
