What ImportFix does

ImportFix validates and applies deterministic repairs to price-book files intended for import into Housecall Pro. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Housecall Pro.

No guarantee of import success

ImportFix identifies and fixes common formatting problems. It cannot guarantee that any file will import successfully, because import acceptance depends on the destination platform's current rules. Always test with a small import first.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for reviewing all proposed changes, especially any that require confirmation, before importing.

Payments and refunds

Paid features unlock the download of a corrected file for a single file. Because the output is delivered immediately upon payment, refund handling is at the discretion of the operator of this deployment.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
