Can you undo a Housecall Pro price book price adjustment?
Housecall Pro currently warns that a confirmed Service Price Adjuster change cannot be undone. The safest protection is to export your services before applying the change so you have a dated record of the previous prices.
If you have not applied the adjustment yet
Export the current service price book first and keep that file untouched. Housecall Pro specifically recommends exporting before a price adjustment because the adjuster does not provide an activity feed with prior prices.
If you already applied the adjustment
Do not assume there is a one click rollback. If you saved an export from before the change, use it as the reference for the old values. Export the current state as a second file and compare the two before deciding how to correct the affected services.
What ImportFix can and cannot do
If you have both a before export and an after export, the ImportFix Change Audit can show which prices and other fields changed. It does not reconstruct a price that was never preserved, and it does not automatically reverse a Housecall Pro price adjustment.
Compare the before and after files.
A safer workflow for the next bulk change
- Export the current services and preserve the file unchanged.
- Record the intended percentage or scope of the adjustment.
- Review Housecall Pro's confirmation screen carefully before applying it.
- After completion, export again and spot check the affected services.
- Keep the before and after exports as a simple change history.

FAQ
- Does Housecall Pro have an undo button for Service Price Adjuster changes?
- Housecall Pro currently states that once a price adjustment increase is confirmed, it cannot be undone. Check the latest Housecall Pro guidance before making a large adjustment.
- Can ImportFix restore my previous prices automatically?
- No. ImportFix can compare a preserved before export with an after export and show the differences. It cannot recover old prices that were never saved.
- What should I save before using the price adjuster?
- Export the service price book and keep the file unchanged. Housecall Pro recommends doing this because the price adjuster does not provide an activity feed with prior prices.
